Scripture: Will your knee bow in Worship or in Terror?

(Philippians 2:5-11 NLT) You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had. Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead, he gave up his divine privileges he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross. Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Good thoughts this morning for me to ponder upon. How many times in a days time do we try to exalt ourself in the thoughts of self preservance when opposition comes. Especially when it comes thru the voice of another creature or their action ....We must humble ourself before God in obedience in knowing he is Sovereign and every detail of my life is for my good .. I must look in the midst of the difficult circumstance and reach for the seeds of truth hidden.

Amen! Amen!

My knee and heart is humbled and bowed before HIM and what a privilege that is.

To think, our LORD GOD humbled himself... how much MORE should we do the same!!!!

Blessings!
